• Most are planning to arrive by/before 3/4pm as it’s a short drive from Detroit (DTW) airport

• We have chosen not to Negotiate group room rates as many are finding rates less than what they had offered. It’s recommended you don’t wait to book as it will fill up, there are a lot of hotels close by as well

• Many are planning to gather (12/4) during the day and some attending the Lions game when they host the Dallas Cowboys (nothing official on that planned by IMVTA we encourage you to reach out to members if you would like to attend as its walking distance from MGM)
